How it works

    Your name, contact details and the amount. Add the invoice number so the payment is matched quickly.

    Check and note your reference

    We save the request and give you a reference such as HHB-261018-7K3MQ9XA. Quote it for any question about the payment.

    Pay on ICICI Bank’s page

    The bank confirms the result to us directly, and the status appears here when you come back.

What we keep, and what we never see

We record

  • Your name, mobile number and email
  • The amount, invoice number and your note
  • A reference number and the time of each step
  • The bank’s transaction ID once payment completes

We never see

  • Card numbers, expiry dates or CVV
  • UPI PIN or net banking passwords
  • One-time passwords (OTP)

These are entered only on ICICI Bank’s page, never on this website.

Policies

Payment terms

Payments made on this page are towards invoices or dues owed to HH Brothers. Amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). A payment is complete only once ICICI Bank confirms it to us; the reference number shown to you is your acknowledgement.

Please check the amount and invoice number before paying. Payments made against the wrong invoice can be re-allocated on request.

Refunds and cancellations

If you paid twice or paid more than was due, write to accounts@hhbrothers-banga.com with your reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.

If your account was debited but the payment shows as not completed, your bank normally reverses it automatically. Contact us if it hasn’t arrived within 7 working days.

Privacy

We use your details only to process and record this payment and to contact you about it. We keep payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. We don’t sell or share your details, except with ICICI Bank to process the payment.
